CITE Workshops: Northeast New Jersey 2-hour educational offerings for Child Care Directors, their Staff and Family Child Care Providers. $10 fee per person. Fee waived for current CITE members. Fall 2009: Doing the Right Thing -- Tools for Decision Making In this workshop, participants will discuss the concept of professionalism and explore how it influences the children, families and early childhood programs we serve. The NAEYC code of Ethics will be presented and the value of standards of practice will be explored. Participants will identify their personal and professional ideals and how they can develop a plan to enhance the quality of early childhood services.
